Shipping Policy & Shipping Cost Structure

LostLogicCo ships to Canada and the United States. All products are made to order using DTF (Direct-to-Film) or DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing and are fulfilled through our production and shipping partners.

Processing Time

  • Order processing and production can take up to 14 business days

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays

  • Production begins shortly after your order is placed and confirmed

  • Processing times may vary depending on product type, print method, and order volume

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Canada: 5–14 business days

  • United States: 5–14 business days

Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Cost Structure (Important)

Shipping costs are calculated based on product type, not just the number of items in your cart.

  • Multiple items of the same product type usually ship together and share one shipping fee

  • Adding more items of the same product type typically does not increase shipping significantly

  • Orders containing different product types may ship separately

  • Separate shipments result in separate shipping charges

Example:

  • 1 t-shirt = one shipping charge

  • 3 t-shirts = one shipping charge

  • 1 t-shirt + 1 tote bag = two shipping charges

  • 3 t-shirts + 2 tote bags = two shipping charges total

Final shipping costs are always calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Why Orders May Ship Separately

Some product types are produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations to ensure the best quality and fastest delivery.

For example:

  • Apparel items such as hoodies or t-shirts may ship from a U.S. fulfillment facility

  • Accessories such as tote bags may ship from a Canadian fulfillment facility

Because these items originate from different locations, they are shipped separately and each shipment requires its own shipping fee.

This approach allows us to:

  • Use the most suitable production facility for each product

  • Maintain consistent print quality

  • Deliver items as efficiently as possible

Order Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment

Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees for reshipment

Shipping Delays & Issues

LostLogicCo is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers or customs clearance

  • Weather conditions or peak seasons

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Events beyond our control

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist you.

Because all items are made to order, shipping timelines may vary slightly. We always aim to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible.
