Because each item is made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we are happy to make it right.

Eligible Issues

You may request a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • The print quality is flawed or incorrect

  • You received the wrong item

How to Request Support

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition when reported

  • We cannot offer refunds for issues reported after 14 days

  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes
